Submitting a takedown notice

Email contact@navgame.org with the subject line “DMCA / Copyright”. To let us act on it directly, include the following:

• Your name and contact details (an email address is enough)
• The copyrighted work you claim, or a link to the official source
• The exact URL of each page you believe infringes
• A short explanation of why the use is not authorised
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner, where applicable
• Your electronic signature (typing your name at the end of the email is sufficient)

How we respond

Once we receive a complete notice, we check the reported page against the ownership information. If infringement is confirmed, we remove the content or the disputed assets within a reasonable period and reply with the outcome.

If a notice is incomplete we may ask for the missing details, which extends the timeline. We reserve the right to decline requests that are clearly unfounded or abusive.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it is not infringing — for example you hold a licence, or the use is fair — send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed URL, your reasons, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We forward counter-notices to the original complainant and decide whether to restore the content under applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Contributors or partners subject to repeated valid complaints lose the ability to publish here. We do not accept unauthorised reposts of guides, cracked assets or pirated material.

Developers and publishers

If you are a developer or publisher and want screenshots credited differently, or an article taken down, use the same address and we will prioritise it.
